October 15th Post

Welcome Back!

This week I'll be provided insight to an interesting article that I read over the weekend. I read an article about the importance of drinking water. Sometimes as people we don't really see the importance in the little necessities in life. Water may seem just like a drink with zero calories, but aside from that water provides many health benefits. The article suggests that water aids with some functions of organs like, water helps with digestion and blood pressure. Water could also help with weight loss by helping speed up your metabolism and decrease your appetite. The article suggests that we should drink a cup of water before every meal, one cup in the morning, and one cup before bed. Drinking more water can help your health. This article help reveal some of my unhealthy habits and motivate me to drink more water.
